A message received at 2:34 p.m., April 18, 2007, was read stating the                                                           
Senate passed CSHB 96(FIN) with the following amendment and it is                                                               
transmitted for consideration:                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 96(FIN)                                                                                 
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                              
    program; and providing for an effective date."
